Explorations in Technology

The Institute for the Analysis of New Technology VINT, of Sogeti Group (ViNT stands for vision, inspiration, navigation and trends) was founded in 1994.In the first eleven years of its exsistence, the institute has published ten books and organized ten symposia. These constitute the basis of this volume, Explorations in New Technology. In the five sections of the anniversairy edition – software, organization, technology, strategy and innovation – ViNT provides a segmented overview of its investigations and views, and formuilates an interim balance at the end of each section, at which point the current situation is given its due.
